The process

How we handle
aircon servicing.

01

Tell us your units

Brand, number of units, last service date. We recommend the right service tier — no upselling to something you don't need.

02

Technician arrives on time

Trained, uniformed, with all tools and chemicals. One visit is all it takes.

03

Assessment before work begins

We inspect each unit and explain exactly what we found — dirty filters, mould build-up, drainage issues. No surprises.

04

Full service from filter to drainage

Front panel removed, filters cleaned, evaporator coil cleaned, drainage pipe flushed, blower vacuumed, all components tested.

05

Test run and service report

Every unit test-run before we leave. Service report provided — useful for tenancy handover requirements.

We keep detailed notes from your sessions — your preferences, layout, and any special areas. You don't need to explain yourself twice, and the standard never slips.

04

Proven method, every room

Your cleaner follows a room-by-room checklist refined across 12,000+ homes. Nothing is skipped, nothing is rushed — just a thorough, systematic clean.

05

Common questions

Quick answers.

  • Normal servicing cleans filters, the evaporator coil, and drainage pipe — this keeps a well-maintained unit running properly. Chemical wash goes deeper: the coil is flushed with a chemical solution to remove built-up dirt that causes poor cooling. Full overhaul is a complete dismantle and pressure wash of all internal parts — recommended for units that haven't been serviced in years or those with persistent issues.
  • Every 3 months is the standard recommendation for Singapore conditions. Daily use combined with humidity means dust, mould and bacteria build up faster than in other climates. Quarterly servicing maintains efficiency, extends lifespan, and prevents the more expensive problems.
  • The most common causes are dirty filters restricting airflow, a dirty evaporator coil reducing heat exchange efficiency, or low refrigerant levels. A standard service resolves the first two. If the issue persists after a service, our technician will assess whether a chemical wash or refrigerant top-up is needed.
  • Mould and bacteria grow inside the unit where moisture collects — on the coil and in the drainage tray. A chemical wash removes the source of the smell. Running the aircon on fan-only mode for 15–20 minutes before switching it off helps prevent moisture build-up between services.
  • A clogged drainage pipe is the most common cause — water backs up and drips from the unit. Dirty filters can also cause the coil to ice over and drip when it thaws. Both are resolved during a standard service. If leaking continues after a service, we'll investigate further.
  • Yes — we service all major brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, LG, Samsung, Fujitsu, and Midea.
