- General cleaning maintains your home week to week — floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen. Deep cleaning goes further: inside the oven, range hood filters, behind appliances, inside all cabinets and drawers, grout lines, window tracks, and ceiling fans. It's the thorough reset that regular cleaning doesn't cover.
- Most clients book once or twice a year. We recommend it before Chinese New Year or major gatherings, after a long holiday where the home has been empty, or when moving into a previously tenanted property. Homes with regular general cleaning in between need fewer deep cleans.
- Pricing is by floor area — starting from $333 for flats under 500 sqft, up to $754 for 1,601–2,000 sqft. WhatsApp us your property size and we'll confirm an exact quote.
- Typically 5–8 hours depending on property size and condition. We send a team so it's completed in a single day — no multiple visits.
- You can be home or arrange for access — we're flexible. Just let us know your preference at booking. We require someone to do a walkthrough with the team at the end before we leave.
