- Most of our clients book fortnightly — it keeps the home consistently clean without feeling like an event. Weekly bookings suit families with young children or pets. Monthly is popular for single occupants or couples who keep things tidy between visits. We'll recommend the right frequency after you tell us about your household.
- Our standard session is 3 hours, which covers a 1–2 bedroom flat comfortably. For larger homes, we offer 4, 5, or 6-hour sessions. WhatsApp us your flat size and we'll recommend the right duration.
- Yes — please have standard cleaning equipment ready before your cleaner arrives: vacuum, mop, and cleaning detergents. Your cleaner brings the expertise and technique; you supply the tools. If you're unsure what to prepare, just WhatsApp us.
- Yes. We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly plans. Regular clients get priority scheduling and a consistent cleaner where possible.
- General cleaning doesn't cover light switches and doorknobs, window ledges, inside the oven, range hood filters, or inside windows. These are covered in our Deep Cleaning or Tenancy Handover services. If you need them done once, ask about adding them as extras.
